Covid-19: important update on meter reading

Dear Customer

In this difficult time, we would like to confirm that it is business as usual across npower Business Solutions, and as your supplier, we are doing everything we can to ensure that day-to-day operations continue without interruption.

However, we are continually reviewing government advice alongside our metering agents and continue to follow World Health Organisation and Public Health England guidelines, and as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, the safety for all parties is our number one priority.

With that in mind, we have taken the decision to suspend all non-essential metering activity. Essential or emergency work required on sites by our meter operatives to support continued supply for our customers, will continue as our priority for field activity.

Therefore, where possible, we kindly ask that you please provide us with your own meter readings. Whilst we know this is not always possible, it will ensure that we continue to provide accurate invoices based on the energy you have consumed.

Meter readings can be emailed to PDCTeam@npower.com or called in via 0800 028 1341. Our phone lines are open 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. If you are unable to call us during these times, please leave a voicemail message and a member of the team will call you back.
