Covid-19: forecasting your volume

In these unprecedented times all of our businesses are adapting, and it is likely your own business will be adapting to the current situation. As a result your energy consumption may be changing, in some cases quite significantly.  We ask that if you are experiencing a change in volume you contact us as soon as possible so that we can adapt our forecasts accordingly.  If this is the case, please notify us of any changes and their expected duration by sending an email to Contract.Volume.Optimisation@npower.com

Sharing this information with us as soon as you are aware of any changes, will enable us to help minimise the impact on your business of any sellback activity.
